You Will Need:
File folders in 6 different colors, Clear contact paper paper punch (shape punches, such as a star or heart are fun). Cut file folder into 1-by-6-inch strips Cover the file folder with Contact paper Punch a hole in one end of each strip in the same spot. Hold the strips together by inserting the metal rings through holes.
Show your child one color at a time and have him or her find something in the area that is the same color, or think of something that is that color. Having the card to look at while you say the name of the color is a great help for toddlers who are learning their colors.
Use these cards while waiting for trains, planes and buses.
