    Pre-Kindergarten

Ensuring children are prepared to succeed in school and life.

Our READY for SCHOOL Pre-Kindergarten program helps children advance skills in core pre-academic areas such as literacy, math, and science, as well as in other essential areas such as art, social and emotional well-being, and health and wellness. What Parents are Saying

Our greatest advocates are also our closest friends.

"Thank you all for what you do with my child. I am amazed at how much he has developed and learned. Being a working mom is such a hard thing sometimes but it makes it so much easier when you know your child is being loved and nurtured by truly caring individuals. Thanks for being his mom away from mom."

World at their Fingertips

The building blocks to a balanced education.

"When I go into one of our centers, I can immediately tell that learning is happening. You see children in small groups engaged in activities that have been thoughtfully prepared."

Phone Number Fun

You Will Need:

Shaving cream, a tray and a ball are optional

Directions:

Explain to your child why it's important to learn your phone numbers. Try different techniques according to your child's learning style: Sing the number: It can be to any tune that your child knows. E.g. To "Mary had a little Lamb," Sing, “888-4321, 4321, 4321, 888-4321, that’s our phone (cell or office) number.” Turn the phone number into a poem. • Jumping and saying the numbers works well for active children. • Writing the numbers in shaving cream works well for children who learn tactilely. • Throwing a ball and saying the number works well for some children.

Tip:

Although learning the home phone number is important, it is more important for children to learn the phone numbers where parents can be reached during the day.
