Going East on Dundee Road, you will pass 53 North and 53 South Expressway. There is a Nissan Car Dealership on the left side, that is North Kennicott Avenue, and you will go left. There is a BP Gas Station on your right side when you turn left. We are right across from the Nissan Car Dealership when you turn left on the right side...you will be going North. If you pass North Kennicott Avenue and get to Portillo's on the left side, you have went too far and you need to turn around. Going West on Dundee Road, there is Kohl's and Portillos' on your right side and Richard Walker Bros. on your left side. When you get to North Kennicott Ave. you will see the BP Gas Station on your right side and go right. The Nissan Car dealership is on your left side. If you too far you will get to 53 North and 53 S Expressway...you have went too far and need to turn around.

    Parenting tips

    Parents of young children know it best; there really are only so many hours in a day and often it’s just not enough. From carpools to bath time, our schedules are jam-packed full of errands, chores, and to-do list items. There never seems to be enough time to just sit and enjoy our children’s childhood.

    In addition to our full schedules, many of us juggle feelings of guilt for not participating in our child’s early experiences and learning as much as we’d like to. But, with a little forethought and creativity, we can turn even the most mundane tasks into fun learning activities to share with our children.

    Join us this summer for fun, friendships, and exploration

    Day camp at North Kennicott offers indoor and outdoor activities, plus opportunities for fun, friendships, and exploration. Our program  encourages children's growing ability to make choices, work with others, and assume responsibilities.

    Our camp teachers work collaboratively to develop a fun curriculum that takes advantage of all that the summer offers. They use playgrounds, the surrounding communities, and special visitors as an extension of the camp, helping children to discover science, explore nature, and engage in the creative arts, while learning about the vast opportunities in the world around them.

    Campers engage in gardening, science experiments, arts and crafts, special projects and more for a fun filled summer.
