Welcome to Bright Horizons at Parkway North

A great place to learn, discover and grow!

Our child care center first opened its doors in 1993. We have the capacity for 172 children ages six weeks through Kindergarten. As a culturally diverse center, both children and faculty learn from each other. In each classroom, from infants to kindergarten, our early childhood educators provide an enriched environment with hands-on learning experiences. Through daily emailed documentation, learning is always visible. Our NAEYC Accredited center is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m to 6:30 p.m. We are conveniently located in the Parkway North Center business park, near the intersection of Saunders Road and Deerfield Road. At Bright Horizons Family Solutions, we recognize how important new beginnings are in each child's development. Our mission is to provide a caring and nurturing environment where your child can learn and grow through strong parent partnerships. Feel free to visit our center to learn more about how we can help your family grow with us....

Art Studio: Children enjoy a custom designed space offering additional resources and artistic experiences for children.

Handwriting Without Tears: We utilize a nationally recognized program designed to help children develop a strong foundation for writing.

Everyday Math: This program was created by The University of Chicago School of Mathematics Project. It is a comprehensive math program which introduces mathematical content in a meaningful way, using appropriate "everyday" means.

Movement Matters: Children plan and participate in a variety of movement activities in the Movement Matters Zone, a room in our lower level where children can climb the rock climbing wall and do other gross motor activities like yoga and dance.

Growing Readers Library: Teachers, children, and parents visit the library where children can enjoy books that are featured in our Growing Readers program.

Smart Board: We use this innovative piece of technology to enhance learning for preschoolers through school age children.
