About Our Staff

A Bright Horizons teacher is a nurturer as well as an educator, someone who encourages learning through exploration, and who understands the balance between what a child needs to feel safe and what she requires to reach her potential. Your child’s teacher is your partner. At Bright Horizons, families and teachers work together --celebrating successes, navigating challenges, and communicating daily about your child’s achievements and goals.

Bright Horizons at the Esplanade is proud to have well educated, well experienced teachers in all of our programs.  All of our teachers have their eCDA, Associates degree or Bachelors degree in the field of Education!  In our preschool, Pre-K and Kindergarten programs, our teachers ALL have their Bachelor's degree in Education with a teaching certificate.  We are also proud to have 8 of our teachers who have been at Bright Horizons at the Esplanade for over 10 years!
