In honor of Dr. Seuss's Birthday, we did a week long celebration where we incorporated our families into our daily routines. We used classic children's literature to explore the world of Dr. Seuss!

This was a unique event because the parents and children were welcome to come! It was a chance for the parents to see their child's learning in action and be involved in that process! The Preschool Team worked hard on choosing acitivities that highlight their curriculum and showed the children's growth and development in our Preschool Program!

During the month of October, we raised money for UNICEF. Throughout the month we held events both for the families and the children. Each child decorated a collection bag to take home and collect change throughout the month. Our center goal was $250.00 which would buy a school in a box.

For the month of July, we focused on our First Annual ArtSmart Showcase which was full of original masterpieces created by our budding artists! The exhibits included documentation, photographs, drawings, and 3-D art!

Our summer kick off party was a big hit! Families and friends came to enjoy fun in the bouncy house, cotton candy and treats, and even face painting by Silly Sally!

We have a graduating class of 14 children this year so they decided to end their school year with their own prom! They dressed up, walked the red carpet, had snacks, and a dance party! Families and teachers were very excited to see the children so grown up because so many of them have been together since the Infant Room!

How do we make Math Count at Braintree Hill? Our parents found out at our Math Counts Fair that their children are constantly being exposed to Math Counts in their everyday lives. They found out that their children are exploring math ideas, skills, language, and concepts as young as Infants!

During the Week of the Young Child, we displayed the children's art in the lobby of our building for our community to see! It was a big hit and we were asked to do more things like this for the workers in our building!
