    Yoga at Harrison Park

    Here at Harrison Park we promote physical fitness and healthy habits through the Well Aware component of The World At Their Fingertips curriculum. 

    Movement Matters is a specific part of Well Aware that focuses on promoting positive attitudes towards physical activity at an early age. 

    During our summer camp program we host yoga classes with a certified yoga instructor giving our children exposure to various forms of exercise and healthy habits.
