EXIT 13 OFF I-84 drive north on Rte 9. Located on the Bright horizons Casperkill Country Club property. The drive is about 10 miles. Once you pass the Poughkeepsie Galleria on your left it's a mile further down Rt 9 on your right hand side just past Half tme. Exit 18 off I 87 going towards the Mid Hudson Bridge. You should pass a Home Depot on the left on Rt 299. Take Rte 9w South towards the Mid Hudson Bridge. Take Rt 9 South to the Bright Horizons. Some land marks are TJ max, Price Chopper, Cappucino's on your right. Once your pass Cappucino's, there is a light go into the far left and make a left into Bright Horizons at Casperkill. We are thr first driveway on the left.

Welcome to Bright Horizons at Poughkeepsie

A great place to learn, discover and grow!

The Bright Horizons Child Development Center at Poughkeepsie is a custom designed center created to fully meet the needs of the children and to maximize safety and teacher supervision. The teacher child ratio meets widely recognized national standards of quality as defined by the National Association for the Education of Young Children and New York State licensing agencies.  While almost everything we do helps prepare children for success in school in some way,certain materials and activities are more directly focused in this area. Ready for School materials include our Handwriting without Tears and Math Our Way. Our center is located off of the main road in a garden like setting surrounded by nature. This offers plenty of opportunities for nature walks, science experiments, gardening, sports, and animal watching.   Each classroom has  large windows and security doors that leads out to the age specific playgrounds and a view of our natural surroundings......
