Welcome to Bright Horizons at the Octagon

A great place to learn, discover and grow!

Bright Horizons at the Octagon offers high quality child care with full-time and part- time options. Our spacious classrooms are designed to give children a sense of belonging with plenty of room for exploration. There is ample natural light streaming through a multitude of large windows in each room. These large windows allow the children and staff to experience light from the outside world. Throughout the day, learning is supported by our teachers with a variety of daily activities that are fun and educational.

Our quality early childhood program consists of developmentally appropriate activities to meet the needs of each child. We work in partnership with our parents, the teachers and of course, our children. We believe that meaningful education incorporates child-centered experiences reflecting the child's interests.

Bright Horizons at The Octagon offers care for children 6 weeks old to 5 years old.

What Parents are Saying

Our greatest advocates are also our closest friends.

"Ever since the first day I walked into Bright Horizons, I have always felt very comfortable that my son would be well taken care of. I thank you all for your caring hearts, teaching right from wrong, and playing a big part in the development of the amazing boy that my son has become."

Get involved in our Enrichment Activities

Because knowledge is more than just the ABC's.

Our center provides art, music and movement, gross and fine motor activities, technology and story time each day.  We also have a weekly music enrichment program at no extra cost to the parent.

Talk and Drum
Language comes alive for young children through instrument playing, singing, chanting and rhythmic movement. With Talk and Drum, a child feels and hears language through the beat of the drum.

Storytellers
Storytelling is an integral part of the curriculum at Bright Horizons at the Octagon. Teachers incorporate high-quality picture books into the curriculum each day and help create a  life-long connection to literature for even our youngest learners.
