Bright Horizons is celebrating Teacher Appreciation Month and the teachers and staff who bring education to life. We often hear from our teachers that the greatest reward is knowing that they have made a difference for children and families.

We invite you to write your own message of thanks or share how a Bright Horizons teacher or staff member has inspired you. The website will be open from May 1-31.

Share your kids' recycling projects with us!

Earth Day is a day dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of keeping our planet healthy and clean. How will your family make a difference?

Put your creative caps on and join our Virtual Art Showcase! Instead of tossing recyclable materials, re-use them. Gather recycled materials ranging from used bottles, old clothing, cardboard or anything else you can think of and get busy creating. One lucky winner (at random) will receive an Earth Day Children's Gift Pack, featuring books, seeds to experiment with plants at home and more.

The last day to submit a photo of your artwork is on Sunday, May 3rd

  • Bright Horizons and the Philadelphia Science Carnival

    Saturday, May 2, 2015

You've never experienced an outdoor carnival like this one! The Philadelphia Science carnival features more than 175 exhibitors offering non-stop, family-friendly experiments, interactive activities, games, and a packed line-up of live entertainment. Enjoy making slime, meeting live zoo animals, checking out the inner-workings of robots, taking a tour of a helicopter, extracting DNA from a strawberry, testing a “crime scene” for forensic evidence, and so much more!

Bright Horizons is thrilled to be participating in this community wide event right in the heart of Philadelphia!  Come visit our tent and have your child learn about science in a fun and interactive way!  Your child will get to experience what it would be like to be inside a bubble as we demonstrate our science experiment "Inside a human bubble."

We hope to see you there!

Because parents need peace of mind

    Well Aware and Staying Healthy

Our center environment offers children a healthy and safe place to develop and learn. Through our Well Aware program and our Staying Healthy procedures, we set high expectations for creating healthy environments and also foster positive attitudes within children towards healthy living, physical activity, and nutrition.

We’re proud to provide programs parents can feel good about, and to be recognized as a model for other early education programs by the Partnership for a Healthier America and First Lady Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move campaign.
