Tell us a bit about yourself to get started
Here are a few photographs taken of children hard at work during the garden planting party.
Every year Bright Horizons at Center Point reflects during Thanksgiving week about all that we are thankful for. We are especially thankful for all of our families, and each other. In appreciation for the rich diversity within our community we celebrate by hosting an Annual Heritage Festival. Here are some of the displays created by families and staff.
Every year children and their families are the highlight of our community in the corporate park in which our Bright Horizons Center is located. Dressed in costumes and smiles we make our way along the parade route bringing joy to those along our way. In exchange we receive treats! No tricks here. A tradition enjoyed by all.
Friday, October 19th 2012 was our annual Harvest Festival. Families went from classroom to classroom to join in the fun. There were games, activities, prizes and food!
October we look forward to our annual trip to the Thomasson Family Farm. Farmer Kathy meets our bus and assigns us our tour guide. There is something for everyone; jumping in the corn kernels, playing in the hay, riding the bikes, the hay ride, petting the animals. We each get to choose our own pumpkin too. What a great family outing. Our Bright Horizons Family!
On October 4th we participated in the 7th annual Jumpstart Read for the Record! We had 85 participants reading Ladybug Girl and the Bug Squad together. Ladybug Girl herself (actually Ms. Norma in character) read the story to children and families. All classrooms participated by making head band, masks and such.
