  • Bright Horizons Summer Adventures

Is your child ready for a summer of adventure?

Join us for our summer camp program.  We will maintain our teaching techniques and environment for learning, but add in a few special changes for the fun and carefree summer time.

    Summer Adventure Areas will include:
    • Music & Movement: create your own musical instruments & enjoy our Cultural Music and Dance Guests.
    • Science Rocks: Discover all things ooey, gooey, slimy and fun!  Also see the workings of Ted's Magic Show.
    • Sensory Exploration:  Use your sense of touch on the mobile petting zoo from Sharon's Family Farm.
    • Language Works:  Enjoy different books read by our Princess Story Teller.
    • Our World/Well Aware:  Learn about taking care of the earth and our body.  Move your body with Hip Hop Austin and Ally's Acrobats.
    • Math Counts: We will learn to count with music when the African Drum Program comes for a visit.
    • Art Smart:  We will end the summer showing off our artistic talents and with an end of summer carnival!

    Well Aware and Staying Healthy

Our center environment offers children a healthy and safe place to develop and learn. Through our Well Aware program and our Staying Healthy procedures, we set high expectations for creating healthy environments and also foster positive attitudes within children towards healthy living, physical activity, and nutrition.

We’re proud to provide programs parents can feel good about, and to be recognized as a model for other early education programs by the Partnership for a Healthier America and First Lady Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move campaign.
