Follow Day Hill Road approximately 3 miles or 5 traffic lights. At the 5th traffic light turn left into driveway, take 3rd right into our parking lot. From Interstae 91 South - Use exit 38 and stay to you left, this brings you directly onto Day Hill Road. Follow Day Hill Road approximately 3 miles or 5 traffic lights. At the 5th traffic light turn left into driveway and then take 3 right into our parking lot. If you drive into parking lot for Gold's Gym you just missed us, go back to just the Stop Sign and turn left into our parking lot.
