  • What Allston Parents are Saying

    about Bright Horizons Child Care

"We are so grateful for everything Atayvia & Juliana have done for Audrey these past few months. It has been a joy to watch her grow and thrive in the Pre-K room, and we don't even mind that she is having so much fun that she resists coming home with us ("I want to keep playing, Mama!"). THANK YOU!"

  • We Keep Moving Even as the Weather Gets Colder

    At Bright Horizons Movement Matters

As the weather becomes colder, it is extremely important for children to continue to move their bodies on a daily basis.

Along with outdoor time on our playgrounds, our toddler and preschool programs use our indoor Movement Matters Zone daily. Sessions include warm up and cool down activities, yoga, obstacle courses and MORE! These programs help children understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle, develop coordination, motor skills and learn about teamwork and collaboration. Our classroom based infant Movement Matters curriculum provides the babies with a safe environment enabling them to develop skills as they engage in tummy time, learn to roll over, crawl and eventually walk. Classrooms are outfitted with different sized and shaped mats and furniture which aids in the progression from one stage of development to the next.
