We are located on Dorthea Dix campus near the intersection of Lake Wheeler Road and South Street. Take the Lake Wheeler road exit from I-40 heading towards downtown. You will pass the Farmers Market/Centennial Parkway on the left. Once you cross over the railroad tracks you will notice a fence on the left, that begins the Dix campus area. You will turn left onto Umstead Drive. Make the next left at the red NCSU Child Care sign. We have an off white building with light green roof.

    about Bright Horizons Child Care

"Ms. Julie and Ms. Amanda have been such a gift to our family. There is nothing better than knowing your child loves their teachers. I have noticed a significant change in Jaxon's communication since he became a part of their classroom. The Philbrook Family is forever grateful for all you do!"

Because parents need peace of mind

    Well Aware and Staying Healthy

Our center environment offers children a healthy and safe place to develop and learn. Through our Well Aware program and our Staying Healthy procedures, we set high expectations for creating healthy environments and also foster positive attitudes within children towards healthy living, physical activity, and nutrition.

We’re proud to provide programs parents can feel good about, and to be recognized as a model for other early education programs by the Partnership for a Healthier America and First Lady Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move campaign.
