Meet our Director: Serenia Banks

Serenia Banks is the Executive Director of the Bernice E. Lavin Early Childhood and Education Center, managed by Bright Horizons. She loves working for Bright Horizons because she enjoys developing meaningful relationships with children, parents and teachers. Our center provides creative activities, unique learning spaces and a world of exploring. Our teachers are caring, nurturing and foster each child’s development. She is proud to work with a team that goes above and beyond to meet the individual needs of children. Our partnerships and collaboration creates an opportunity for a fun yet educational environment that aligns with NAEYC Standards. She is looking forward to meeting new families.

Meet our Director: Tierra Burton

Tierra Burton is a Director of the Bernice E. Lavin Early Childhood and Education Center, managed by Bright Horizons, and runs the day to day operations and program on the first floor. She has over 12 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education field, and has been with Bright Horizons since 2014.

Meghan Martin is a Director of the Bernice E. Lavin Early Childhood and Education Center, managed by Bright Horizons, and runs the day to day operations and program on the second floor. She has over 15 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education field, and has been with Bright Horizons since 2019.
