"Thank you Jackie for being a great teacher and role model for our daughter. Liv really enjoys going to preschool; to play with her friends, test new activities and learn new things - she's evolved so much since she started last year thanks to miss Jackie and all the other great preschool teachers!"

  • Jumpstart's Read for the Record

    October 19th, 2017

Bright Horizons at Back Bay will be participating in Jumpstart’s Read for the Record on October 19th, 2017. Read for the Record is a national campaign that that mobilizes adults and children to close the early education achievement gap by setting a reading world record! Each year, millions of children and adults are brought together to read in classrooms, libraries, and homes across the world.

This year, Jumpstart has selected the book Quackers by Liz Wong as the catalyst for Read for the Record. Quackers is a delightful story about understanding, acceptance, and learning that it is ok to be whoever you want to be.

The children will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities and experiences that foster a love for reading and intentionally address all aspects of language and literacy.

Literacy is an everyday part of our program through our Language Works curriculum component. See how it works first hand and join the fun as we bring language to life with Read for the Record!
