What age do you accept to your Preschool Program?

The preschool program at Bright Horizons at Newburyport is designed for children ages 2.9 to 5 years old. Around age 4, children may move to our Kindergarten Prep classroom classroom.

Can my Preschooler attend Bright Horizons at Newburyport year around?

Yes! Bright Horizons at Newburyport is open year-round. We offer a fun, age appropriate summer program that includes indoor and outdoor activities, themed weeks, virtual field trips, and more.

Do Preschool children share a playground outside with Toddlers?

Physical health and development are as critical to a child's learning ability as any other area of development. Infants, Toddlers and Preschoolers all have designated playgrounds that they access each day. Growing up healthy also requires safe and age appropriate opportunities for physical activity in an environment that builds good habits and positive attitudes.

Do you provide breakfast?

We know mornings sometimes to not go as we plan.  Mornings can be challenging and getting out of the house is sometimes a huge achievement.  We offer a light breakfast from 7 a.m.. to 8 a.m.. for our Toddler and Preschool programs.  We offer items such as cereal, waffles, or pancakes or similar items.  

Does Bright Horizons offer discounts to military families?

Tuition assistance for eligible military families is available at participating Bright Horizons’ centers when on-base care is not available. You can find more information and a map of participating centers here
