For all location employees, program licensing background checks required by the state are also performed.

What ages will be served?

The Bright Horizons at center has a capacity of 48 children and will serve children ages 6 weeks through preschool.

What if the center doesn't have space available?

We recommend that you go ahead and register with Bright Horizons at By registering, you are confirming your strong interest in the center. We will add your child to our wait list and offer a space as soon as one becomes available. During the entire process, we will keep in touch with you regarding your status.

Your initial registration fee will keep your child on the wait list until a spot is available, so you will not need to pay the registration fee each year to remain on the wait list. Once an enrollment offer is accepted and your child has started at the center, you would then be responsible for the annual re-registration fee at the time it is normally due.

What is Daily Drop In Care?

Daily Drop In is for emergency use only when a family’s regular child care is unavailable. It is on a space available basis only. Families would need to complete paperwork required by licensing for children’s files.

What is the process for enrollment for a wait listed family?

When a space becomes available, the center will notify families via email, using the information provided on the Enrollment Interest Forms (please remember to notify the center of any pertinent information changes, i.e., address change, phone/e-mail addresses, early birth, etc.). Parents are required to accept the space by responding to the e-mail within 48 hours. When an offer is accepted, the space is secured by paying a full month’s tuition, which is due within five (5) business days of the offer date.

If a family does not respond within the 48-hour window, two (2) courtesy calls to confirm receipt of the email will be initiated. If Bright Horizons is unable to reach the family, this will automatically be considered a “decline.” When a decline occurs, the child will remain on the list with the same registration date, but the requested date of care will be changed to reflect the new date the family would like enrollment to begin. For example: a child is registered on October 1, 2016 with a requested care date of June 30, 2017. If a space is offered to start June 15, 2017 and is declined because the parent wants to delay returning to work, the parent would simply need to indicate a new start date. Bright Horizons would still honor the registration date of October 1, 2016, but the care-needed date would be changed.

Families can decline an offer only twice, before being moved to the bottom of the list. After the second decline, parents will need to submit a new registration fee to remain on the waitlist. The new registration/waitlist date would be the date the registration fee is received.

What is the process for enrolling in the center?

If you are interested in enrolling your child in the center, please submit a completed Pre-Enrollment Registration Form.

When will the center open?

The center is expected to open February 2017, contingent upon receipt of the center’s operating license from the state licensor.

Will the center be only for employees' children?

Employees on the payroll of Overstock, including contractors and vendors, may enroll their legal dependent children in Bright Horizons at
