Welcome to Discoveries Learning Center! We’ve been a model of excellence in early care and education in Santa Barbara for more than 30 years, and our teachers strive to ignite a love of learning through our NAEYC-accredited curriculum. We are an Outdoor Classroom Project Demonstration Site, where we spend the majority of our days outside! Our outdoor learning spaces let children interact with their natural surroundings – we’re home to two chickens, a corn snake, birds, fish, and other critters! Come visit our beautiful campus to see it for yourself! We are located just down the street from the Java Station on Hollister Ave, and conveniently located less than one mile from the 101 freeway.

Your child’s safety and wellness is our top priority. We continue to monitor state and local public health guidelines, look to our medical expert, and use our considerable experience to guide our health and safety practices. Our centers take important steps to ensure the very best for every child, and the Health and Wellness portion of our World at Their Fingertips® curriculum incorporates lessons about these essential topics into every classroom, every day.
Our families come from nearby communities, including Santa Barbara, Goleta, and Carpinteria. Located near San Marcos High School and a few miles away from La Cumbre Plaza, we're easy to get to for drop-off and pick-up.
