  • Camp Explorations 2016

    at Bright Horizons Suffield

Looking for Summer Camp for your school age child? Camp Explorations at Bright Horizons Suffield offers outdoor and indoor activities, fun field trips, visitors, swimming, plus opportunities for fun, friendships, and exploration.

Our highly educated camp teachers work collaboratively to develop a fun curriculum that takes advantage of all that the summer offers. We use the McAlister playground, surrounding community, and special visitors as an extension of our camp, helping children to discover science, explore nature, and engage in the creative arts, while learning about the vast opportunities in the world around them.

This year, our campers will be participating in the Summer Reading Program at the public library. At the end of the summer the children get a prize for participating and collect their reading lists from the Library to present to their teachers at the start of school.

    Well Aware and Staying Healthy

Our center environment offers children a healthy and safe place to develop and learn. We’re proud to provide programs parents can feel good about, and to be recognized as a model for other early education programs by the Partnership for a Healthier America and First Lady Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move campaign.
