What Child Care Looks Like Today
Child care has evolved to meet today's challenges. Though the protocols may be different, our philosophy remains the same: child care is still a place for childhood. See what a day at Bright Horizons is like.
Welcome! We are dedicated to encouraging your child’s natural love of learning through enriching activities and educational play. The STEM Lab is the perfect place for little hands to experiment and observe, and our reading nook fosters literacy skills with a cozy place to read. The age-specific outdoor learning areas and garden instill an interest in nature and the environment, and our expansive playgrounds have plenty of room for unstructured playtime and socialization. Plus, the outdoor spray pad is a fun area to cool off in during the summer months. Stop in for a tour and we'll show you around.

Your child’s safety and wellness is our top priority. We continue to monitor state and local public health guidelines, look to our medical expert, and use our considerable experience to guide our health and safety practices. Our centers take important steps to ensure the very best for every child, and the Health and Wellness portion of our World at Their Fingertips® curriculum incorporates lessons about these essential topics into every classroom, every day.
Our families come from nearby communities, including Durham and Raleigh. We're located off 147 at exit 14 (Swift Ave.) at Duke University across from the Ronald McDonald House — easy to get to for drop-off and pick-up for families who work at Duke.
Ready to get started? Schedule a meeting with Bright Horizons to get a tour of our center. See our classrooms, ask questions about tuition, openings and our enrollment process. Find out how we’ll help your family thrive!
