What Child Care Looks Like Today
Child care has evolved to meet today's challenges. Though the protocols may be different, our philosophy remains the same: child care is still a place for childhood. See what a day at Bright Horizons is like.
Welcome! Our center strives to encourage your child’s natural curiosity with engaging activities and learning-based play. All of our common areas include a cozy Growing Readers nook to enjoy a good book, and our three age-specific outdoor play areas include natural elements, perfect for creative and imaginative play. Every year, we work with elderly community members to plant and grow an edible garden, and the outdoor learning areas provide a space to explore nature and the environment. Would you like to learn more? Come by for one of our quarterly Lunch and Learn sessions and to meet our team of teachers.

Your child’s safety and wellness is our top priority. We continue to monitor state and local public health guidelines, look to our medical expert, and use our considerable experience to guide our health and safety practices. Our centers take important steps to ensure the very best for every child, and the Health and Wellness portion of our World at Their Fingertips® curriculum incorporates lessons about these essential topics into every classroom, every day.
Our families come from nearby communities, including Brookings and Volga, and many parents work at SDSU. Located next to Pioneer Park and connected to United Living Community, we're easy to get to for drop-off and pick-up.
